Hackstel provides a wide range of travel services, including:

  • Visa Assistance

  • Travel Insurance (if applicable)

  • Customized Travel Planning

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, consulates, etc.).


3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website, authorized agents, or customer support team.

  • Full payment or a specified advance is required to confirm any service.

  • Prices are dynamic and may change without prior notice due to airline/hotel/partner policies.

  • Hackstel is not responsible for fare changes after booking confirmation or payment.

  • We accept various payment methods including UPI, cards, net banking, etc.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary based on the service provider and the type of booking.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the cancellation policy of the airline, hotel, or vendor.

  • Hackstel may charge a nominal service fee in addition to vendor cancellation charges.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–21 working days depending on the provider and mode of payment.


5. Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and applicable charges.

  • Hackstel does not guarantee that changes requested after confirmation will be possible.

  • Name corrections, date changes, or itinerary updates must be requested in writing.


6. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and travel details during booking.

  • Ensure all passport, visa, and documentation requirements are met.

  • Re-check flight timings, terminals, and check-in requirements directly with the airline before departure.

  • Adhere to all local laws and travel regulations of the destination country.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Hackstel acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, service failures, loss of baggage, visa denials, or any other issues beyond our control.

  • We shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses due to the use or inability to use our services.


8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in our services due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or system failures.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, software) is the property of Hackstel or its partners and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.


10. Governing Law
